OQRA thrives because of its members. We come together in various ways to improve our neighborhood. We would for love you to join us.

Who can be an OQRA member?

Anyone with an interest in Santa Clara's Old Quad neighborhood can be a member.

The Old Quad is the neighborhood bordered by Scott Road to the west, the Caltrain tracks to the north, and Newhall Street to the east and south.

People who live in the Old Quad or own a business within the Old Quad may be voting members of the association. Other individuals may be non-voting members.

Why are members important?

OQRA is an association by its members, for its members. We can only accomplish things with your help.

Your level of involvement is completely up to you. Some neighbors may want to be active in the committees, while others may just want to receive notices of important matters and social events.

What does membership cost?

Members pay a small annual donation for membership. The funds are used first to pay for administering the legal and business aspects of the association. Extra funds support occasional events and meetings.
